CMP-4001

A high performance, compressed, industrial gasket sheet produced to meet Mil-DTL-24696.  CMP-4001 offers controlled swell and excellent torque retention and is suitable for most shipboard applications.  Typical applications include generators, shipboard piping, and oil and diesel applications with operating temperatures of 550 deg F.  CMP-4001 is available in sheet form in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 1/64”-1/8”.

FERRATEX 25 SHEET

Gasket sheet fabricated from Ferratex 25 cloth. Fiberglass yarns are reinforced with several strands of stainless-steel wire. The yarn is then woven into Ferratex 25 cloth per HH-P-0031.

• Several layers of cloth are specially bonded together to obtain the desired thickness.
• Ideal for gasket applications with elevated temperatures, engine exhaust gaskets, incinerator flange gaskets, high-temperature washers, ferrules, and spacers.

ROTEX 30

A high-density material with low compressibility and high tensile strength. A blend of Styrene-Butediene latex and high-temperature reinforcing materials. A homogeneous gasketing material produced by a wet process, thus yielding an extremely uniform sheet.

• For use on flanges requiring high loads at elevated temperatures. Recommended for steam, hot water, hot oils, most general-service applications.
• Withstands high flange loads at temperatures to +550°F.
• Creep-resistant. Gaskets exhibit clean-cut edges and good thickness uniformity.
